The objective of this trip is to make students aware of the importance of protecting our environment. At the youth hostel, sustainable development is a concern in all actions undertaken and all partners work for the protection of the surrounding nature. Thus, this stay in the middle of nature brings another look and new practices to daily life.
Sustainable Development & Sport in Serre Chevalier

Day 1
Arrival at the youth hostel from 5 pm
Installation in the rooms, dinner and night at the youth hostel.
Day 2
Morning: Discover our beautiful mountain village through different games offered by the youth hostel.
Afternoon: Via Ferrata activity with a professional guide. Departure from the youth hostel.
Dinner and overnight at the youth hostel.
Day 3
Morning: Breakfast at the youth hostel.
Nature hike supervised by a passionate and exciting guide, an opportunity to discover the mountain, its fauna and flora.
Afternoon: Intervention on the theme of sustainable development supervised by our partner “Environment and solidarity” CPIE Haute Durance (various themes).
Dinner and overnight at the youth hostel.
Day 4
Morning: Breakfast at the youth hostel.
Tidying up of the rooms and departure from the youth hostel at 10 am.
Then on the way for a last visit, direction the Maison du parc des Écrins for a conference animated by a guide.
