In the far south-west of the Basque Country, between the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains, Hendaye youth hostel welcomes you just a stone’s throw from the Spanish border. Nestled in the heart of the town, close to the beaches and the town center, the establishment has been entirely renovated by the Cazaux family. The father-daughter duo have preserved the soul of the place by breathing new life into it. Behind the historic façade lies a peaceful garden and a panoramic view of the mountains. A fresco evoking the fishing port adorns the lobby, while the terraces invite you to relax. Whether you’re a hiker, a surfer, a pilgrim or simply a traveler, this welcoming stopover at the crossroads of Basque and Spanish cultures has everything to seduce you.
